Let Go of the Old and New Beginnings
Sorry it has been a while since we have written our last news letter. But we have had a lot happening. We closed Oshos House Healing Centre after 16 years and moved everything to the Holistic Massage Centre which is already running since 3 years.  This was a big letting go on all levels for us, and yet we knew it was the right time to do it. Now after nearly 2 months or so we really have moved on.

We have been busy with starting the Diploma Remedial Massage Course. Masti is teaching once again and we have 10 students. After the initial couple of weeks where the students are adjusting back in to studying everyone is happy. Masti is a great teacher, and we are all aspiring to get better and better in running our certified courses.

New Courses

By the way, we will be starting the next Certificate IV in Massage Therapy (HLT40307) on 12th September, 2011. We will have an Introductory Day on 27th August from 9am to 5pm. In the morning, after a little Introduction, we will learn to do a simple Back massage. In the afternoon we will be open to some Question & Answers and we will also learn the Aroma Touch Technique.

The AromaTouch™ technique was developed by Dr David K. Doterra in WA

We went to Perth and presented 2 DoTerra Aroma-Touch Technique Events, which were very successful. We had about 16 and 25 people in each event, everyone loved learning the technique ,it is such a balancing and nurturing experience to receive and to learn. It is the clinical application of CPTG Essential Oils to combat the 4 main constants which all bodies experienced. Stress management, Inflammatory Response, Immune Support and Homeostasis (Balance) The work is focused mainly the spinal cord with some minor work on the feet where all visceral body organs are connected to.  The strokes used are light and broad; the intent is to get these 8 CPTG oils, specially selected for their efficacy against these 4 constants absorbed into the body. 

Besides doing the AromaTouch Technique on 27th August we are also offering to teach this technique to anyone who is interested to learn and can manage to get 5 other people or more. Here is some more information on some of the Oils we use in the Aroma-Touch:

• BALANCE Essential Oil Blend:  AROMA: warm woody and earthy scent. SIGNIFICANCE: We all experience moments of disconnectedness or elevated levels of anxiety. • DoTerra`s PRODUCT OF THE MONTH:  PURIFY  Cleansing Blend  This blend contains lemon, lime, citronella, melaleuca and cilantro.  Several of the oils contained in this blend are often used to help remove odours from the air, while others have been studied for their abilities to disinfect and remove harmful micro-organisms.  Great to use in a diffuser if you feel the air you are working in or living in feels a bit toxic kills anything flying around.
